The Opportunity

You will be joining a fast-paced, high-performance, collaborative team to provide sales services to a specified group of clients. You will work closely with your Sales Manager to manage proactive sales conversations, respond to briefings, and initiate new partnerships. We don’t have layers upon layers of unnecessary hierarchy in our teams, so this suits someone who is passionate about what they do, has a can-do attitude, and values the opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Accountabilities

· Work towards weekly KPI’s within your Sales Team
· Liaise with clients
· Maintain high performance deadlines on response to brief.
· Work with your Manager to maintain high levels of engagements & new opportunities to market

To Be Successful

Ideally, you will have previous media experience, whether it be from a media agency or media sales. Your motivation will come from delivering outstanding customer service, growing relationships, and generating business. As well as:

· Ability to present to individuals and groups and construct excellent documentation supporting responses to brief and proactive proposals
· Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
· Possess the ability to identify problems and solve them within a timely manner; produce creative solutions
· Strong, existing relationships across a network of agency clients
· Ability to multitask
· Ability to self-mange with confidence
· Knowledge of Australian media market and platforms or similar will be highly regarded.
