Can you introduce yourself and what your role is at Civic Outdoor?
Hi I am Shane Schuiling and I am a Senior Sales Consultant at Civic Outdoor. A snapshot of my role is taking great pride in providing the business community of Victoria an opportunity to showcase their brand on our very own channel of digital and traditional billboards. Secondly its driving new relationships between my clients and their audience whilst exceeding client expectations.
What do you like most about working at Civic Outdoor?
I love the opportunity and platform CO has given me to grow, thrive and flourish in an environment of encouragement, unity and above all laughs. I love and share in the vision of the business to keep our network growing both strategically and organically
How have you found working with the team?
I am truly blessed to have access to a team that stands by you through the thick and thin, who are solution orientated and who genuinely have my back and I have theirs. I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else in my life profession wise but here at CO. What’s truly unique is we actually celebrate wins of those in our sales team with zeal and genuineness which has not always been the case in other sales jobs I have had.
What makes Civic Outdoor unique?
I like to think that what makes us unique in a competitive arena as business is we have heart, passion and belief in who we are and what we do. Our clients have made mention that they love working with us because we demonstrate flexibility and bang for buck in all of our transactions.
What are you most looking forward to over the next six months?
Getting out and about striking relationships, alliances and new business opportunities with the Melbourne business community whilst injecting commercial confidence back into the greatest city in the world.
